FIGS (Aust) is the dream child of a few Italian Greyhound breeders, widely scattered around Australia.

FIGS (Aust) hopes to bring together IG devotees from each part of Australia.
There are no membership fees and no office bearers, all members of this community have an equal voice.
This web site has been set up as a 'cyber-newsletter'. Show results [conforming to the guidelines] will be published and articles on any facet of the breed [contributed by any member] will appear, uncensored.
For members without Internet access, printouts may be provided by area facilitators [on request], and these facilitators will also add information on behalf of their area members.
Links to members pages will be given in alphabetical order of Kennel Prefix.
It is an aim of this community that any health problems in the breed will be identified, with the view to eventually compiling a health registry.
Any interested Australian may join, with the proviso that he/she is identified and this identification corroborated by a reliable source.

As we would love to have every Australian IG enthusiast as a member, and all members are encouraged to add to this web site, we hope to develop a major source of breed information.
This site is in it's infancy. It will be developed by agreement and consultation amongst Figs members.
